Website Design Projects

We provide an extensive portfolio for you to view before hiring us for your project, so you can see the quality level of our work and be completely comfortable working with us. If you have any questions or reservations, please contact us prior to making a payment for our services. No refunds are offered

Payments for website design projects that are made to us in whole or in increments (as a courtesy to the client) are non-refundable. All deposits are also non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all funds paid are retained by XC Media Design and, if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

Website Maintenance

Payments for website maintenance and updates to be paid yearly for maintenance plans or hourly for “per hour” projects. These fees can not be prorated and are non-refundable. All deposits are also non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all funds paid are retained by XC Media Design and, if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. An administrative fee of $35 will be charged to the client’s account for any late payments or declined credit card charges. To cancel a Website Maintenance Contract, you may do so by submitting a written cancellation request. XC Media Design may terminate this agreement at anytime with written notice to the client.

PLEASE NOTE…

In no event shall XC Media Design be liable to customer for any indirect, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including any implied warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose or implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance, lost profits, whether foreseeable or alleged to be based on breach of warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability, arising under this agreement, loss of data, or any performance under this agreement, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy provided herein. There shall be no refunds. XC Media Design makes no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, with regard to any third party products, third party content or any software, equipment, or hardware obtained from third parties.

By signing up for our services you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
